At Naira Handmade, we want to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take a little longer.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination.

Free shipping may be offered on promotional events or orders over a certain amount (see homepage for current offers).

 

DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Naira Handmade LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and may issue a replacement.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently don't offer international shipping, but if we expand to international orders in the future:

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.
